#KeepIntheLoop with Kiro Shahata!
Family man, Award Winning Public Speaker, Author, Philanthropist and International Business Guru; Kiro is speaking and working powerful affirmations for people and groups all over the globe.
I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Shahata after his return from an impactful missionary trip to Kenya.
The stories he shared with me resonated as he talked about giving up worldly possessions to experience what others whom are less fortunate in other parts of the world live through everyday.
Mr. Shahata is the epitome of what it means to put service above self and living proof of how hard work and consistency propels one in the direction of their desired destiny.
Ensure that you keep in the loop with Mr. Kiro Shahata after you’ve read his story.
We’re keeping you connected and #InspiredToDream.

Our readers want to keep in the loop with you. To get acquainted tell us who you are?
My name is Kiro Shahata. I’m 27 years old. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada.
I come from a good family however, along the lines of my life I went through many trials and tribulations that I had to fight through and over just to be where I am today.
How long have you been operating your business?
Before Inspire To Dream even became registered, Inspire To Dream was always happening.
Inspire To Dream is not just a business; it’s a state of mind. It’s a movement, it’s a lifestyle and it’s a way of living. So Inspire to Dream was always there but it’s been registered for about four years now.
What is your area of expertise?
I love, I love, I love to inspire the youth! I was an at-risk youth once in my life and I didn’t have any guidance and I knew how that was and how I felt. As a result of this, I was led to do things and be in places that I never really wanted to be at.
So when I have an opportunity to be able to inspire youth that’s where my heart is, especially because I know the youth are our future and without our youth we have no future.
Was there something or someone that inspired you to start your own business?
I think along the lines of Inspire To Dream coming to life, I had a lot of mentors and a lot of people surrounding me at the time that saw what I was about and saw a burning fire in me even though I didn’t see it in myself.
Essentially, with their guidance, they made my thoughts become a reality.
What is your vision for your business and your clientele?
Kiro: Have you ever heard of Me to We?
Nina: Yes, the global empowerment organization.
Kiro: So, my vision for Inspire To Dream is to have the logo literally be right next to Me to We.
That’s my vision.
What motivates you daily before you start your workdays?
My why!
I have to say that sometimes I have big goals and big visions and I don’t know how to accomplish all of them but I do know why I need to accomplish them.
So essentially, my why is what gets me through my days.
What is your definition of success?
My definition of success is not money and it is not materialistic objects.
Even though I thought at one point and time that’s what success was, having a lot of money a nice car and having a nice big house, I realized it wasn’t any of those things.
Going out and learning who I am and who I really want to be was it for me. Success is happiness! Success is all about what makes you happy and what fulfills your soul.
What makes you stand out from the rest?
You know people always try to bury me, not knowing I am a seed. So that’s what makes me stand out. I feel like I’ve been thrown in the ocean so many times with people thinking I was going to sink but I always managed to swim my way right out of it.
How do you balance your personal life with your professional life?
My personal life is my professional life. It’s me; I don’t put on an act. What you see is what you get. I’m real, I’m raw and I’ll give it to you just how it’s supposed to be. You know I don’t sugar coat anything.
What do you do for self-care?
Self-care is very important. Health is wealth. If you are mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually not balanced and taken care of then you will not reach levels of success.
For me to start my day off with the gym plus meditation is programed. If for some reason I don’t do that in the beginning of my day, my whole day is off.
Keep us In the Loop with the best advice that you’ve been given that you’d share with other entrepreneurs?
I think my one piece of advice is to surround yourself with people who see greatness within you
even if you don’t see it within yourself.
A lot of times we have goals and visions that we want to pursue that we start but along the lines we come across barriers that cause us to start questioning ourselves.
A lot of the times that’s when people quit but when you surround yourself with people that believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself, they’ll always push you for greatness.
